As Business Manager of the Programmable Solutions Group, you will drive revenue growth and design win for your assigned market segment. This role is an Individual Contributor who will partner with Sales, Marketing, vertical Business Groups, and Operations, to evaluate and propose technical and commercial solutions, and to develop and execute operating plan. The Business Manager is a key driver in building additional value to both the customers and Intel with PSG's products and solutions.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Achieve Design Win goals through collaboration with sales, uncover opportunities, understand customer requirements, conduct competitive analysis, partner with internal/external ecosystem solutions and services providers, and propose technical/commercial solutions.
Drive long term growth by building relationships, creating strategies, and facilitating technology collaboration with strategic customers.
Manage and negotiate commercial and legal contracts and agreements with key customers.
Manage vertical business development and marketing activities.
Forecast near-term business for revenue and supply planning, create and communicate market segment long-term outlook, and contribute to strategic plan.
Develop, execute on, and present to executive management, on both short and long-term business plans to achieve organizational goals.
Input and feedback to strategic and product marketing for solution and product development and planning.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field & 5+ years experience.
5+ years of working experience in semiconductor (FPGA, ASIC, GPU, SoC, etc.) or related high-tech industry.
5+ years of working experience in a technical business-related role (e.g., technical sales, technical marketing, technical business development, etc.).
