Phoenix, Arizona Job ID JR0235398 Job Category Engineering Support Work Mode Hybrid Experience Level Entry Level
Job Description

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Manage the supply-demand analysis (SDA) for Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD)'s Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) across the fab, sort, die prep, and substrate supplier network. This includes ensuring accurate and timely loading of demand by all platforms, conveying that information to the supply-chain stakeholders (fab, sort, die prep, substrates suppliers), and communicating regularly with internal stakeholders as well as the substrate suppliers as needed. As needed, the bridge-die planner will need to work with the various platforms on prioritization of line items.

Own the overall bridge-die SDA business process for test vehicles, including future improvements, such as automation of the process.

Additional growth opportunities include picking up responsibilities associated with the platform manufacturing integrator role.
