Job Description

Leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains including design, manufacturing, validation, silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling.

Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products.

Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, validation, and test.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any other related field with 6+ months of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) development.
  • Fundamentals knowledge in the electrical test/HW validation
  • Component test processes and/or methodology.
  • Scripting skills (python), basic coding skills (C, C++).
  • Experience in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS.
  • Experience in database design and technology selection, JS-based tools including Bower, Grunt and Gulp.
  • Experience working with languages such as Java, .Net, Python, PHP or Ruby.
  • Experience as a full stack developer.
  • Experience with data visualization and trend analysis.
  • Experience working with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx and J2EE, AJAX, API design and development.
  • Experience with libraries including Backbone.js and jQuery, data structures, system design, and algorithms.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
