The Assembly Baseline Integrator role supports State of Art Heterogeneous Integrated Package (SHIP)Integration Team within the Technology Integration department of Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) organization.

Assembly Baseline Integrator's responsibilities include the following:

  • The baseline integrator will work closely with the Assembly Integrator and Platform Manager for what is required for product setups and execution for the new product introductions.

  • Working with die prep and assembly module engineering teams to establish process flows for Intel's new product introduction.

  • Consistently drive improvement projects, including but not limited to cost savings related projects, efficiency improvements.

  • Facilitates daily huddle for the platform to review build execution, internal platform pass down and gain understanding of issues for operations or other communication. Coordination lot movement or start, NPI (New Product Introduction)activities, addition of material.

  • Leading cross-functional teams as needed to resolve integrated process issues and participating in module-specific forums.

  • Manages procurement and inventory logistics for materials such as External Silicon.

  • Manages baseline and HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) builds.

Integrators must role model ONE INTEL culture and possess fast learning skills to understand new concepts related to diverse fields and apply them on the job to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a positive factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed may be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years of experienced with:

  • Experience in process development.

  • Experience in assembly/packaging or advanced packaging.

  • Statistical process control.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Packaging design experience.

  • Model based problem solving experience.

  • Scripting and/or automation.

  • Process flow, routes, Aspire NPI, Workstream and SPEED.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
