Intel's recently announced IDM 2.0 strategy includes a plan to significantly expand the manufacturing network, establishing new capacity and capability to meet the accelerating global demand for semiconductors.
The Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (DMO) will play an important role in this strategy, leveraging Intel's Advanced Packaging technology portfolio to deliver leadership products. To enable this ramp, DMO is building an Advanced Packaging manufacturing facility in Malaysia, increasing its investment in this region which has been a critical part of Intel's supply chain for nearly five decades.

Ownership of the output of 1 of 4 CWW shifts in 7nm or 14nm technology.
Ownership of all scheduled and unscheduled factory wide impacts for you shift including all EOC activity as needed.
The direct people management of line coordinators and dedicated ERT members for your shift.
The matrix management of the CWW GL's of your shift.
Developing and driving tactical WIP management solutions that support the area's business needs and factory goals as required.
Delivering innovative systems and breakthrough processes that enable cycle time reduction and set standards for your shift, your factory and the VF.
Assess wip management strategies to optimise the back-end segment team, critical time loop or line segment to contribute to overall output and CT performance.
Optimize loop efficiencies in line with loop constraints / limits.
Align scheduled work within back end of the line to maximize full 24 x 7 capability (T3S) for all operations across the back end of the line
Management of all ceids to subordinate to line needs whist ensuring inventory movement is maximized (responding to scheduled downtime events in 48-72 hour horizon).
Disposition of tool reservation requests for your shift, specifically identify where possible and piggy back opportunities
Own all efit activity for your shift.
On shift coordinator of back end drumbeat execution through monitor, intervention and intervention as required
On shift owner for CQT management PAS. Owner for any on shift follow up, continuous improvement and change management activities.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Optics, Chemistry, or related field of study.
4+ year(s) of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
Must work in a compressed day shift schedule
Strong knowledge of Automation Systems
Strong capabilities and knowledge in manufacturing science, data analysis, and model based problem solving.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, tolerance of ambiguity, and commitment to task.
Excellent negotiator and skilled at partnering with other groups to solve problems and drive solutions.
Demonstrated the capability of working in a high performing team culture which includes: setting high expectations, driving accountability to those expectations with a high sense of urgency, role modeling the desired culture, leading a team to produce results.
