Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager in design of Network-On-Chip in SoC and IP, you will provide leadership, guidance and directions to build high performance and efficient NOC in Intel FPGA. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Extensive experience in leading and managing interconnects roadmap and leading cross functional team (across engineering and marketing) in defining and delivering best-in-class NOC in Intel FPGA. - Experience to manage and grow a team of high performance and passionate engineers. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. - Experience in project management in managing engineering technical requirements, work priorities, scheduling and effective decision making - Build effective working relationships across all levels of different organizations to influence the necessary changes for improvements.QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualification : - BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of experience Preferred Experience : - Experience in network-on-chip designs - Have hands-on experience in front-end designs flow and timing closures, and knowledge of physical implementation - minimum of 10 years of experience - Good leadership in managing a team and growing a high performance team. - Experience in high speed protocols and memory are advantageous (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, HBM) - Experience in cross functional team collaborations - Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties - Excellent communication skills with an ability to synthesize complex info into easy to digest form for senior management teamsInside this Business GroupThe Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) was formed from the acquisition of Altera.
