Job Description

We are seeking highly qualified candidate to join the Intel Global Customer Success (GCS) group. As a Product Support Engineer (PSE) you will be focusing on the unique requirements of the rapidly growing area of Intel Data Center GPU. Responsibilities may include:

  • Help resolve customers technical issues.
  • Perform debug activities to properly identify root cause of customer problems.
  • Participate in customer meeting and presentations as needed.
  • Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
  • Represent the customers technical needs by being the voice of the customer (VOC) back to Intel Business Units.
  • Present technical product materials to customers.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or directly related field with 4+ years of relevant experience in one, or more of the following areas:

  • Knowledge of Intel architecture systems, chipsets or accelerators
  • Validation and debug, power/thermal management
  • Experience with interfaces like PCI-Express, DDR4/5 memory interface, SMBUS OR JTAG

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of PCIe/GPU subsystem, including both PCIe HW and driver, firmware, manageability
  • Working directly with customers and/or providing technical support for a product
  • Influencing, and working with multiple engineering and business team

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
