  • This role develops, implements, and administers communications plans responsive to corporate and business objectives, aligned to OKRs for EMEA Communications.

  • Prepares plans and disseminates information. This individual will act as the communications specialist, representing the corporation to internal and external groups, agencies, and vendors.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, industry knowledge, business understanding, and judgment.

  • Be the central point of contact for Fab Comms in Germany with an EU and German perspective

  • The scope is beyond media relations and requires the ability to quickly ramp into topics across energy, water usage, local needs, and cultural awareness

  • Close collaboration with Magdeburg officials plus Government Affairs, Public Affairs, German marketing team, and EMEA Communications team.

  • Interact with local journalists, speaking engagements and political representatives in Magdeburg and Berlin

  • Ability to flex according to business priorities, specific to targeted verticals including automotive, working closely with EMEA Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA President, and Snr Director EMEA Communications.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications and public relations.

  • Prior experience working in the technology industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related discipline.

  • Clear, strategic thinker to cut through the clutter and prioritize high-impact engagements and touchpoints.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • Ability to work well with a culturally diverse workforce.

  • Ability to manage challenging situations with difficult stakeholders.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Customer and team-oriented. Ability to build strong relationships and can successfully partner with peers across Intel, other industry players as well as governmental organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
