Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and inspiring National Business Manager-HPC (High Performance Computing) to join a dynamic and high performing diverse team of dedicated sales professionals and experienced technical account managers. This is a commissioned sales position based at Pune, Maharashtra. National Business Manager will be focused on driving Intel's business and raising our relevance in targeted large/ key HPC accounts in the country. The successful candidate should have ability to engage and build deep relationship with customer executive leadership (CXO) team, technical decision makers, industry influencers and policy makers. Should be able to summarize customer business and IT challenges with his/her deep industry knowledge and market insights. Position Intel as a Trusted Advisor and technology thought leader in solving challenging business problems through innovative application of technology based on Intel solutions in various areas including HPC, AI and Graphics. The National Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic engagements with various large HPC accounts in the country. He or she will work closely with other Intel's Business Units to deliver successful business outcomes for the region. Responsibilities will include: � Leading the adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions in targeted customers. � Providing executive presence and thought leadership within targeted accounts, build deep relationships with senior customer executives and ecosystem partners � Engage with Key Systems Integrators, OEMs, Partners, bidders etc. and influence IA HPC preference � Exploring innovative business and technology opportunities within covered accounts by helping customers solving their problems through the deployment of Intel-based products and solutions � Acting as the segment voice back to Intel to ensure our strategies and solutions are designed to tackle the industry's major business problems and opportunities. � Strong collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross teams in country and globally.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record in HPC/ AI sales with the following skills and experience: � Good working knowledge of HPC/ AI workloads and with minimum 12-15 years' experience in leading IT company, SI, OEM, ISV etc. and a successful track record delivering HPC/AI business results � Existing HPC accounts knowledge and relationship with the OEM /ODM/Local OEM is preferable � Strong communication and executive relationship management skills. � Excellent presentation skills/experience representing Intel in front of external audiences � Track record of success applying a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges with the ability to envision and deliver next-generation technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes � Understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies. � Ability to think strategically and inspire internal and external stakeholders � Account management and customer executive handling skills required. � Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and can-do spirit. � Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field. Master's is a plus

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
