Job Description
In this role you will be a direct team member of the GER Retirement organization which is part of the wider Global Retirement program office. The GER Retirement Program Manager will have direct responsibility for several retirement programs across the EMEA region. The Retirement Program Office team is responsible for the implementation, compliance and sustaining of Intel's retirement, pension, severance, deferred compensation and other long-term savings plans in the Greater Europe Region (GER.) Part of managing the pension programs/plans covers a large element of supplier and performance management in addition to managing senior site stakeholders, playing a key leadership role representing HR in the pension trust and site committee meetings, managing across multiple functions within Intel such as Finance, Tax, Legal, TR, Treasury and the site Business leaders
Responsibilities and Qualifications: Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: # Ownership to drive the pensions roadmap in specific GER countries, partnering with Total rewards consultants/design teams to agree the right retirement program/plans for the region. # Responsible for the delivery of pension programs in several countries in Europe. Retirement program management responsibilities include ensuring that pension/retirement programs achieve their design objectives and are administered cost effectively with high quality and control. # Manage pension suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of pension programs including legislative updates and compliance reporting. # Work with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure programs are managed effectively. # Interact with Trustee boards, Management and Investment committees in the oversight of the retirement plans. # Provide support in the review and analysis of existing or potential/future retirement plans. # Deliver communication/education programs to support employee engagement and understanding of pension programs. # Project management of plan changes/implementations # Research and impact analysis on legislation changes, risks, costs and implementation # Partner and support to other country retirement program managers # EE support with escalations and case management # Monthly account reconciliations, annual pensionable calculations Qualifications # Proven ability to collaborate across diverse business partners and stakeholders to implement plans and deliver retirement operation goals. # Subject matter expert from within the pensions industry across UK, Ireland or other EMEA countries (Minimum 5 years' experience) # Technical expertise with a strong network within the pension industry # Excellent stakeholder management and engagement with senior business/site managers # Clear and effective communications skills with the ability to adjust the tone, explanation, communication from high level to detail and manage it real time # Strong influencing skills - Using data and persuasive techniques # Confidence and conviction to drive activities forward # Proven project management and industry consultancy expertise with the ability to manage cross functional teams and processes. # The ability to work across functions and part of a global team # Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills # Thorough knowledge of Compensation and Benefits or a related discipline; # Bachelors degree, Advanced degree or Masters a bonus in a relevant discipline

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
