Job Description
Intel Programmable Solutions Group, which is responsible for FPGA devices, is expanding in India to develop acceleration solutions for database applications. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage this cross-functional team of developers, who are responsible for software and hardware development and verification/validation of a suite of solutions for this market. The successful candidate will oversee the work of this growing team, ensuring successful delivery, interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. They will be responsible for the quality and on-schedule delivery of these database acceleration solutions.
Masters degree or equivalent in electronic engineering or computer science Experienced engineering manager with a track record of delivery Customer facing experience Experience working in large, worldwide teams Experience managing subcontractors Hands on experience in production software development, testing and support Understanding of database design and FPGA technology would be advantageous

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
