Location: Intel Ignite Boston (Cambridge, MA - Kendall Square)

Intel Ignite is a 12-week program operating both in Israel and Germany for diverse and impressive seed-stage startups.

The program was established as a strategic startup acceleration program, it reports directly to Intel CTO, with the following targets:

  • Drive open innovation
  • Connect Intel with top disruptors
  • Identify and generate strategic technical insights for Intel
  • Change Intel's perception by top startup innovators
  • Act as a change agent in Intel's culture shift journey - Bring along Intel talent as we work with startups

The program boasts a rigorous selection process - 4 percent acceptance rate. The participating startups receive hands-on mentorship from Intel and industry experts in all relevant domains, including product, technology, business, management, HR, finance, etc. In the past few months, Intel Ignite was awarded the #1 startup acceleration program in Israel by the leading tech blog (Geektime).

We are looking for a Graduate Intern to support our executive team and program. You will administer business-related tasks for the team such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel, meet-ups/events, follow-up tasks, and other organizational activities. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems.


  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Oversee office environment materials and office supplies
  • Support meet ups, coordinate catering and other suppliers


This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must be pursuing a Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management or a similar field of study.
  • Experience with scheduling and calendaring
  • Experience organizing events
  • Experience with MS Office 365 applications
