Platform Support Technician
The One Cloud team in SATG DCP is looking for a versatile support technician responsible for maintaining pre-production systems in SDP Cloud and ensuring users can successfully access them remotely.
This is a fast-paced ambiguous environment, requiring a combination of hardware, software and networking skills with a diligent focus on customer orientation.
Independently owns larger, more complex tasks and drives to resolution.
Knows when to escalate and ask for help.
Recognizes problem areas and creates solution proposals.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through schoolwork and/or classes and/or project work and/or internships and/or military training and/or work experience.

Candidate must possess the degree by employment start date.
Technical certification, trade school diploma, technical military experience or 3 + years of experience working in lab support environment.
2+ years of work experience in a semiconductor or technology-related industry.
1+ years of experience with three or more of the following:
Experience building up and maintaining servers and/or client systems
Independently debugs cards, boards, systems.
Configuring BIOS, BMC, Upgrading Firmware, Driver Installs.
Experience in removing/installing /troubleshooting server baseboards, CPU's, DIMM's, and storage devices.
Shipping / receiving logistics
Experience with network infrastructure support, cabling, KVMs and PDU's.
Experience creating/modifying training and execution plans for these and other tasks.
Willing to lift 50 lbs. independently.
