Intel is offering a 16-week paid returnships for experienced professionals ready to return to the workforce. This position is hybrid during the 16-week returnship program. The goal of this program is to hire individuals who were successful throughout the program duration.

A full-time offer will be hybrid.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are technical in nature.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

6+ months of industry/academic experience working with any of the following EDA Software tools:

  • Synopsys StarRC, ICV OR
  • Cadence Quantus (QRC) OR
  • Siemens - Mentor Calibre
  • Virtuoso Custom Layout

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Synopsys HSPICE
  • Python or Perl for Automation Validation
  • Validation experience on semiconductor EDA tools and PDK

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
