Job Description
MPE DDG is a 300+ person multinational organization with a mission to develop and deliver leading edge Client products to manufacturing production. Our multi-million budget is used annually to hire, train, and develop our product development engineering team and equip multiple labs to support the work of this team. This position is to work for the MPE Chief of Staff to manage all aspects of business operations including budget definition and execution, training, staffing, safety and recognition. Key skills for the role: Critical thinking, analytical problem solving, influencing, teamwork, budget management, business partnering, inclusion, verbal/written communication, attention to detail and process management. In addition, the successful candidate must possess the skills to: � Develop a strong working knowledge of multiple Product Development functions. � Work effectively in dynamic environment to achieve results with limited direction. � Build strong partnerships across organizations, manage and influence stakeholders. � Quickly synthesize complex information and generate solutions in a variety of areas. � Continually learn, listen openly, seek different perspectives, be proactively inclusive. � Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: � Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business operations, engineering, finance, or project/program management OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in business operations, engineering, finance, or project/program management. Preferred Qualifications: � Experience working with business data and demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint � Experience with project/program management processes and methodologies � Experience leading matrixed teams � Knowledge of Intel CPU roadmap and technologies beneficial � Strong Internal/External network Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
