Job Description

The LTD Factory Infrastructure (FI) department is within Logic Technology Development (LTD) and is inclusive of Industrial Engineering, Tool Install Design, Facilities Design and Planning, and Tool Install Execution. LTD Tool Install is managed through EPCOT in an integrated effort with the module Area Coordinators, Facilities Construction Enterprise (FCE), and multiple support teams.

The LTD Tool Install (EPCOT) and Schedule Technician will be working directly with the LTD FI Tool Install Manager and will be responsible for supporting the LTD Tool Install EPCOT Team inclusive of conceptual project planning through tool install execution for multiple projects.

This position will require experience in data analysis, deliverable integration, coordination and communication, and indicator management, including but not limited to performing the following:

- Support the planning and tracking of all installation activities of manufacturing equipment for the semiconductor Fab.
- Support tool install weekly deliverables, updates, indicators, and weekly change control.
- Project systems data entry, data system reconciliation and discrepancy management, report development and indicator reporting, maintenance of systems business processes, and system/data issue resolution.
- Develop system improvements, with opportunities in project management aspects, and system testing and integration.

- Document processes and procedures for project means and methods.
- Collaborate with cross functional and internal/external stakeholders to sustain current and plan future tool install deliverables.
- Create schedule indicator reports from Microsoft Excel or database sources.
- Track schedule constraints and collaborate with other teams to solve schedule issues.
- Analyze schedule data to implement schedule improvements and increase quality.


Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent military training with 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience in a semiconductor Fab facility support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Intel tool management systems (EMS, EDB, SAP) and other Intel Capital/Capacity Systems.
- Schedule systems (Primavera-P3e) experience.
- Power Bi software and data integration.

The successful candidate will also be able to showcase knowledge and experience in the following area:

  • Microsoft Windows, Teams/Sharepoint, Excel, Access/SQL, and other data systems, with extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Visual Basic, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions.
  • Schedule platform software (Microsoft Projects, Wrike, etc).
  • Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and schedule logic.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve, sometimes with incomplete/vague inputs.
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills, attention to detail, ability to interact with multiple projects and multiple data systems.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently in addition to working in a team environment.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
