Job Description

Be part of an At Scale Validation team responsible for delivering results across a broad range of data center server families ensuring the quality of our products through developing the most efficient workload pipelines.

The job will provide the opportunity to contribute to cloud environment setup, including Hardware design and configuration specification, debug, validation, and optimization. As well as to engage with the latest Hardware systems and technologies within the cluster systems under test.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

The candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience in the following areas:

  • 3+ years of Server Architecture knowledge (Hardware-Firmware-Software)
  • 1+ years of domain expertise in relevant technical Hardware areas of Datacenter Platforms; for example: Core/SoC, IO, Network, and Memory.
  • 3+ years of experience in System Validation.
  • 2+ years of Hands-On System Debug.
  • 3+ months of Datacenter/Cloud Linux Based and Network experience.
  • Advanced English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Domain expertise in relevant technical areas for Cloud, similar to: Cloud Architect(Public, Private, Hybrid), Data or AI solutions, Cloud Systems Engineer, Customer Solutions Engineer [Cloud / Data, Analytics/AI]
  • Experience in customer engineering engagements to define product requirements.
  • Experience on server platforms enabling and validating accelerator cards.
  • Continued learning certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
  • Bash, C and/or Python scripting knowledge.
  • Digital and analog electronics device knowledge.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
