As the CS EMEA RDSM EHS (Research & Development, Sales and Marketing Environmental Health & Safety) Manager, reporting directly to the Global RDSM EHS Manager, you will be responsible for EHS support and oversight EMEA RDSM operations in alignment with the overall company EHS strategy. You will provide clear focused direction, partnering with site EHS professionals for the safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the EMEA EHS RDSM orgs. You will be tasked with working with customers to address cross site operations and performance issues in a timely manner, identifying and implementing improvement plans, and proactively developing the plans and actions required to respond to changing business needs. A core expectation of this role is ensuring all activities are conducted in adherence to world class Safety and Quality Management Systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and driving delivery of all CS EHS RDSM org operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will also be accountable to foster a team culture in which safety, compliance, procedural adherence, operational excellence and result orientation are the foundation. As the EMEA EHS RDSM manager, you will be expected to coordinate with RDSM colleagues in EHS to ensure a robust, consistent and effective approach to governance activities.”


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of all Research & Development, Sales and Marketing Environmental Health & Safety functions
  • Excellent track record in influencing, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of personal integrity with ability to handle confidential Information
  • Strong RDSM business acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of safety and environment legislation, and an awareness of current developments and emerging issues


10+ years of experience in:

  • Semiconductors (with at least 5 years EHS operational experience)
  • People management (organizational and employee development)
  • Technical knowledge of site operations that have linkage to EHS operational scope.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
