About the internship:

Our internships are usually 12 - 24 months long and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship. Candidates must be based in Poland upon the start date of this internship and for its duration. 

Depending on the assignment you will have the possibility to:

  • develop various machine learning features for different Intel’s products (for example Intel Graphics or audio, voice and speech processing software), 

  • designing new NN architectures to solve audio related problems (e.g. denoising or sound source separation),

  • opportunity to work with a wide range of state-of-the-art neural network processors (e.g. GNA, VPU, DSP),

  • develop disruptive solutions that will shape the future of AI and deep learning computing,

  • debug and fix issues reported by our customers.


Qualifications

We welcome applications from candidates with:

  • solid knowledge of C++, C or Python, 

  • experience with Windows and/or Linux programming tools (e.g. Microsoft VS, CMAKE)

  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.

It would be an advantage if you had familiarity with or would like to develop your skills in:

  • Docker, Bash, Kubernetes, TensorFlow or GIT, 

  • experience with ML frameworks like Pytorch or Kaldi,

  • software development principles, deep learning theory machine learning or algorithms,

  • agile work organization, SCRUM in particular.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
