Data center technologies created in Intel's Research Center in Gdansk, Poland are being applied in wide range of products that are used in virtually every computing center that exists in the world, as well as integrated into products and services offered by Intel's direct customers.

As the Administrative Intern you will provide support to Cloud and Enterprise Solution Group (CESG) in Gdansk. You'll work side-by-side with the people in charge of keeping the ship afloat. Your role will directly impact the effectiveness of the organization, you'll meet people from all parts of the organization and work across many geos.

As an Intern Admin you will perform various administrative activities. Typical duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • addresses everyday organizational needs;

  • schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events;

  • organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department;

  • makes extensive international and local travel arrangements;

  • prepares expense reports;

  • maintains office supplies;

  • manages departmental recognition;

  • tracks headcount and spending;

  • places orders, takes care on purchasing;

  • copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials;

  • prepares presentations and collaterals.

Of course, there are people ready to teach you, to show you all administrative tricks and help in case of need.

About the internship: 

Our internships are usually 12 - 24 months long and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship. Candidates must be based in Poland upon the start date of this internship and for its duration.

About you:

  • you are a minimum 2nd year student, an active student status is a must;

  • you have high attention to detail and strong organizational skill;

  • you've got excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • you're fluent in English;

  • you've strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web skills;

  • you don't do things the way they've always been done, you find the best way going forward;

  • you handle pressure with grace;

  • you make decisions and problem solve with minimal supervision.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
