Samples Program Manager
Responsible for material management/supply for the identified customers. To support PO (Purchase Orders) on all material and tracking issues. Liaison with other sites and commodity management in managing memory samples supply. Conducts quarterly pricing audits/guides/quotes.
Provide Project Management role in key areas related to Intel memory enabling associated with our CPUs and products, including but not limited to: ensuring availability and delivery of memory ecosystem samples across Intel through defined process, working closely with internal teams and industry suppliers on sample pricing expectations and logistics; tracking and sharing industry memory supply and demand outlook across teams; and putting process in place to track industry memory availability across Intel platforms to drive Intel roadmap decisions. The candidate will be working with senior program managers and will be required to work across teams. Requires strong planning, coordination's, issue tracking, and communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations regarding tasks above and ability to identify and execute to program priorities.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Possesses a working knowledge in Business/Materials/Supply/Operations
- Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively with key team members to deliver aligned program deliverables
- Proven ability to communicate issues, risks and gap closure; plans as well as excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Process and detail oriented individual with excellent analytical skills
- Background in memory basics ideal with ability to learn new technology concepts quickly
