What you'll be doing:

  • Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates complex analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for analog and mixed signal electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
  • Determines creative design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data.
  • Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
  • Applies and uses independent evaluation to select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
  • Evaluates practical capability of the vendor to support product development. Also includes Analog, Mixed Signal, and RF Development Engineers with specialized skills and expertise in developing Monolithic Integrated Circuits for wireless and wireline communications systems and products using CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs Process technologies.

The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Solidigm is a leading global supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, led by Robert (Rob) B. Crooke as CEO, previously senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (EE/ECE) and 4+ years of experience in the following:

  • Analog design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (EE/ECE) and 3+ years of experience in the minimum qualifications.

OR

Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (EE/ECE) and 1+ years of experience in the minimum qualifications.
