Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

This HR partner candidate is responsible for:

� Provide real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
� Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
� Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, etc.
� Regularly makes decisions that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees.
� Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
� Leverages foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning. Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.
� Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
� Actively contributes to the culture of agility and innovation.
� Supports the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency and upskilling across Business HR.
� Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving.

The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Solidigm is a leading global supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, led by Robert (Rob) B. Crooke as CEO, previously senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
� Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field.
� 10+ years of HR experience, specifically in: HR solutions, guidelines and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
� 10+ years of direct experience in the following:
o Employee relations.
o Organization Diagnosis and Design is must have
o Leadership Development and/or Coaching.
o HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
