Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as a Central MFG Fab Ops Planning Analyst which is part of the newly formed NAND Design, Technology, and Manufacturing (NAND-DTM) organization led by Stephen Keeney. The candidate will ultimately be responsible for creating planning standardization and metrics, maintaining MFG critical information, analyzing and optimizing the MFG Loading strategy towards Business objectives. This position is significantly influential in the success of Central MFG organization to optimize and establish manufacturable and cost-efficient Factories loading plans aligned to the agreed boundaries to enable NAND DTM roadmap strategies and SOLIDIGM Business requirements.
Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Business process and stakeholder Managements
� This role requires a thorough understanding of the factory (Fab) environment and supply chain knowledge and apply them to identify and drive solutions. You will identify and solve highly complex problems in factory performance, loading, MFG performance, and decision science and, supply and distribution network problems
� Liaise with SOLIDIGM Supply Chain, Business Unit, Finance to position MFG Fabs loading Plan of Records to efficiently support business needs
� Liaise with Roadmap, TD, MCD, Fab and Central IE team to plan for future technology node transition planning.
� Responsibilities may include development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan; capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.
� Scenario management. Coordinate scenarios representing changes in demand or supply. This includes both Tactical and Mid-Range planning scenarios, moving information through different decision process, communicating with all levels of leadership teams and effectively influences capital investments. Interact with management and executives comfortably.
� Develop and improve Fab Planning business process and standards. Provide governance to the overall process and ensure that all stakeholders have input and understand expectations, and deliver the results on time
� Critical skills include self-motivation, good interpersonal and customer service, multi-tasking, high degree of flexibility with a tolerance for ambiguity as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

Advanced Data skills
� Maintaining data integrity for internal and external planning systems and databases. Owns data population, configuration of planning systems.
� Population and maintenance of existing databases requires strong attention to detail as well as developing and following established guidelines for accurate data entry and auditing. All must be performed effectively in a fast-paced environment.
� Establish and design data science analysis strategy that will bridge manufacturing supply and customer demand data within allowable boundaries.
� Excellent technical problem solving and analysis skills, ability to digest complex problems
� Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Pivot Tables, Formulas. Intermediate knowledge of programming language like VBA/Python/R
� Proficient in MS Office, experience with SQL (MySQL, SQL server, Oracle).
� Proficient in application of statistics, data analysis, problem solving and project management.
� Intermediate knowledge of database management methods and techniques
� Intermediate knowledge of using Tableau/Power BI

The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Qualifications

� BS or MS degree in Supply chain management, Logistic, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Science, Computer Science, or related engineering degree
� 4+ years semiconductor industry experience is required
� Deep experience with the entire range of manufacturing operations management, or Factory planning and execution
� Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be able to communicate highly complex information to influence internal and external audiences
� Demonstrated skill at implementing business process improvement projects in support of fab performance and business needs
� Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills
� Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supported areas and peers and gain their trust and respect
� Complete all required safety training and conduct all work in a safe manner
