Job Description

Directly supports NAND Product Development Teams as a key point-of-contact to the fab technology process development, as well as a maintaining alignment between Intel-DTM and Solidigm Planning team members in Dalian. Areas of support include, but are not limited to, communicating fab process problems and issues to the Product Development Team (PDT) impacting program schedules and critical milestones. Identifying material needed for experiments and data collection plans to help address and resolve issues. Coordinate key engineering material (wafers) demand and any specific requests to support critical engineering activities. Drive process improvements for material allocation to engineering teams and material shipment from the fab to other engineering sites and functions. Provides support and maintain close alignment with the Program Samples team to ensure week-to-week material allocation to Engineering teams and Solidigm SSD teams remain on-track and meet quality requirements. This role requires strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycles and supports the planning efforts, including supply/demand roll-up across team functions. Monitors progress against schedule and provides regular updates with performance indicators to the Product Development Team.The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Candidates must possess at least a BS degree in Engineering, Science, or Business. In addition: 5+ years working experience in semiconductor fab operation.
? 6+ years of leadership experiences. Proficiency with non-volatile memory manufacturing and Micron/IMFT systems/business processes is highly preferred
? Thorough knowledge of project/program management, program planning and goal setting
? Strong documentation and communication skills, including high comfort level in communicating with senior managers and executive level stakeholders. Strong English speaking a must.
? Ability to recognize potential conflicts, facilitate problem resolution and negotiate a positive solution to keep program schedules on-track.
? Strong track record showcasing excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities
