Job Description

This job requisition is to seek strong candidates for DFM (Design For Manufacturing) PIE/QR/YIeld Manager role for 3D NAND technology development (TD) of DMTM (Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing) DTD (Dalian Technology Development) organization. The job role plays critical role in the entire technology life cycle (TLC) by working closely with global 3D NAND TD team as well as local HVM team to deliver high confidence roadmap beyond to technology maturity for yield/reliability/cost. The responsibilities include but not limited to:1. Engaging early in technology design rule (DR) and mask design to ensure robust process window2. Design, engineer and re-engineer integration scheme and architecture of process flow to ensure robust process window for technology capability to reach mature yield, cost and reliability, including defining construction spec (c-SPEC) for all regions of wafers to achieve such goals, as well as PRQ strategy required.3. Managing team of engineers and work across different functional areas to define and deliver high confidence TD roadmap to maturity of each technology node (N+1, N+2 and beyond)The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Solidigm is a leading global supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, led by Robert (Rob) B.
