Job Description

Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies. Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multiyear commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, long term analysis of the category/commodity and the supply ecosystem. Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical knowledge of commodity. Leads supplier sourcing, selection and performance management. Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services. Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives. May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.


Qualifications

� Bachelor or Master degree is required. Majors in supply chain, business management, and engineering related areas are preferred.
� 5 years+ of working experience in supply chain procurement, sourcing, supplier management is required. Have rich experience in managing complicated and challenging commercial negotiations. Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.
� Very fluent and advanced spoken and written English skills is required.
� Require advanced communication skills and strong influencing power.
� Strategic thinking. Have a broad and in-depth business view.
� Strong collaboration and partnership across organizations and with suppliers.
