Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic engineers to work on SOC Structural design activities - from RTL to GDSII. You will be part of VTG organization, in IDI group, driving SOC's for the AMR and automative markets Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1. Meet the design targets of high performance, and low-power digital design. 2. Static timing analysis 3. Design Convergence Experience at Partition and SOC level 4. Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment across geographies. 5. Back end design implementation of new features. 6. Post silicon performance push activities. 7.Team/project management.
You must possess a Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 10 or more years of experience in related field or a Bachelors Degree with at least 12 years of experience. Technical Expertise in synthesis, P and R tools preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Hands on Structural design work including - Floor plan, SOC, Partition convergence and signoff, Physical verification, Power delivery, SD Tools, Flow, Methodology Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL Tcl, Perl, Python scripting Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
