Open to All Regular Full Time BB Intel Employees We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, execution-driven person that will help Intel to achieve a higher level of efficiency for Product Development labs across key Business Units. As the Product Labs Test Equipment Program Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to: � Closely collaborate with stakeholders in the Business Units to develop and implement global strategies for Test and Measurement equipment. � Partner with stakeholders from Business Units to define new use models to maximize equipment utilization, increase reuse, improve TTM (Time To Market), and meet product/project requirements. � Provide support for forecast and planning cycles. � Provide direction in engagement with suppliers and Intel customers The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: � Leadership and communication skills coupled with the skills to influence our partners to collectively achieve program goals. � Self-driven and comfortable working in globally dispersed teams. � Project/program management and data analytics skills.
� The candidate must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field of study. � 7+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor product development and Test and Measurement equipment (e.g. Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, BERTs, DAQ, Signal Analyzers/Generators, Network Analyzers, Network Simulators)

IFS is already engaged with customers today, starting with our existing foundry offerings. We are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
