Job Description
As part of Intel, the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is poised to deliver high quality timely and differentiating FPGA solutions to our customers. In line with that PSG is looking for Application Engineer with expertise in Networking/Ethernet domain to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Ethernet IP Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing proactive or reactive technical support to Intel PSG customers and sales teams in resolving challenging customer issues for Networking/Ethernet IPs. You will act as the technical subject matter expert to our key customers in helping to resolve the challenges as they go from prototype to production. We value technical excellence, customer focus, integrity, and teamwork. Areas of responsibility for this role include, but not limited to the following: Generate bring up of designs for Ethernet 10G/25G/40G/50G/100G/200G/400G, AN/LT and 1588/PTP variants Highlight protocol IP use models and demonstrate performance to customers Create collaterals including protocol IP user guide, reference designs and technology demonstration tools Collaborate with cross functional teams on issue resolution, protocol validation, and providing feedback on protocol IPs quality and customer experience
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience: Its desirable for the candidate to have 5 to 7 years of work experience in the related domain/field. Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
