Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with key "Scale Partners" which include Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Systems Integrators (SI's) and Solution Providers. Individuals in this role ultimately are measured on driving cross Intel product and technology enablement that leads to scalable revenue impact with partners. Focus driving the consumption and sell with based activities with ecosystem partners, working with Internal link teams to enhance the task efficiency for achieving the goal on Go to Marketing and Solution Scale. At the same time, developing the long-term growth strategy by building relationships and facilitating technology collaboration with partner and customer to increase the preference for Intel architectures, position Intel product portfolio and programs aligned with sales strategy to maximize Intel revenue opportunity. The Industry Technical Specialist will be a team member of Intel SMG PRC Inside Sales DCAI Sales and Solution Scaling Team. As part of Intel Data Centric transformation, one of our key areas of focus is the modernization of our sales motions. The Insides Sales organization is a newly formed organization with a charter to accelerate Intel's growth in its evolution from a PC company to one that powers the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing devices. The organization is at the forefront of establishing a new sales model leveraging modern technology and big data and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage. As a successful candidate, you must possess: � Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver required results and develop successful partnerships for our overall business. � Strong self-motivate, initiative and persistence, ability to ramp quickly into new areas, deal with ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas. � Understand customer challenges, shape the technical solution and Sales and Marketing programs to address these challenges � Take the initiative and problem-solve to drive to results, strong attitude on result-oriented and discipline and prove of a track of record on making and meeting the commitment through team collaboration.
Qualifications
� Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and ability to work under pressure � Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and results orientation � Strong English written and verbal skills � A master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering � 3 years related working experience
