In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Architectural exploration, evaluation of design alternatives, performance projections, Power/Performance (PnP) trade-offs, and support performance validation for Data Center products.
Using state of the art simulation and technology to make sure future SoCs deliver industry leading performance/power.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering , Computer Science or related field and 1+ years of experience; OR a Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering , Computer Science or related field plus experience in the following:
Computer Performance Architecture, Microarchitecture or Performance Modeling.
Experience in one of the following areas: Fabric, Memory, Coherency or Core Perf Microarchitecture.
Programming languages: C++, Java, Python or similar languages.
Experience in more than one area of Fabric, Memory, Coherency or Core Microarchitecture.
Research/Publications/Patents in Computer Performance Microarchitecture.
Experience with performance scenarios/use cases and KPI/workloads.
Experience with hardware, software design and debug skills.
