Intel is rapidly expanding its 3D NAND Memory Component Development organization to develop future generations of 3D NAND technologies.

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the Sort PE team at the Dalian 3D Nand FAB.

Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

  • Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
  • Develop and maintain the NAND Sort flow, define test requirements, and ensure quality test delivery for each milestone.
  • Technology and resource planning with direct activities in support of Sort testing development works.
  • Manage and/or coach Sort PE engineers in pathfinding and technology road mapping for advanced/future technology development.
  • Oversee all aspects of Sort test development works, ramp, and transfer of technology and guide employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Understand and be able to handle both western and eastern working cultures.
  • Visionary leader with strategies for growing both the team and team members.

This position is in the NAND-DTM Group which is aligned to phase 2 of the sale of the NAND business to Solidigm, a wholly owned subsidiary of SK Hynix. Employees in this business group will work on developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm. Solidigm, a leading global supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, is headquartered in San Jose, California with offices worldwide


Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or similar degree
6 years of combined experience in the following:

  • Fab, design, and test development environment.
  • Semiconductor memory industry.
  • Led projects and have directly managed more than 10 direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree with 4 years of experience in the minimum qualifications.

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related degree with 2 years of experience in the minimum qualifications.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:$130,190.00-$221,610.00
