Job Description

Manufacturing Systems Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing production processes for CRAT.Plans and directs process improvements, ideally through automation, increasing production yield and supporting quality while minimizing costs. Plans factory capacity to maximize capabilities to meet customer requirements and meet production goals. Establishes and ensures adherence to operating policies and procedures for production facilities at senior levels. Participates in the tasks of launching new factory and scale expansions. Develops longterm strategies for manufacturing operations capabilities to support future requirements. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.Key Role of CRAT Manufacturing System Manager:

  • Assure CRAT is a Safe please to work through: monitoring, coaching, driving, communication, building culture

  • Drive DM/IDM: supply chain, assure availability and management of material on the floor. + manage manufacturing budget

  • Drive and monitor clean room protocols

  • Drives factory risks controls to assure compliance with high volume inventory.

  • Production efficiency: optimize workflows and process to maximizes output. including driving innovation and improvement projects

  • Support teaching all key stakeholder on key manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.

  • Upper intermediate to Advanced English.

  • 4+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing.

  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing project to meet deadlines and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Project Management (PMI or others).

  • 4 years of experience managing engineers and/or technicians.

  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes, systems and technologies, including knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma and quality control methodologies.

  • The ability to problem solve and understanding of different methods in problem solving.

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and collaboration.

  • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
