The Technical Program Manager Student will be responsible for establishing and maintaining planning, tracking, and indicator system for key teams/programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making.
Role includes Partner with PMO and Ops on establishing and executing the Project Portfolio management process within the organization Partner with PMO and other stakeholders to create and maintain comprehensive roadmap addressing business needs and org capacity.
Job requirements:
- Ability to perform in a high pressure, detail oriented, environment with multiple weekly deadlines and time critical analysis.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data and draw conclusions in easily understandable way.
- Impeccable integrity. Gathering and analyzing data, then spotting trends and recommending improvements.
- In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- - Building and facilitating plans for programs/teams
- - Providing tracking support and status analysis for managers and stakeholders-
- Developing project management solutions and measurements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered student for B.Sc. \ M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering only!
- At least 4 semesters till graduation - please make sure it shows on your cv!
- Availability for at least 3 working days, 2 out of them from Haifa site.
- Previous experience in project management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft* Office* applications.
- Working knowledge of Excel* pivot tables, formulas, and VBA* power pivot would be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good and fluent Hebrew and English
- Excellent self-learning capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer engagement skills

- Flexibility and ability to work successfully in a dynamic team environment.
- Interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Advantage:
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Experience in databases and SQL
