● Manage government contracts and programs, collaborate with internal cross-functional groups (Finance, Legal, and BUs) and external partners to achieve successful execution.
● The role involves collaborating with key law firms to manage and oversee contractual documentation with the technical union. Additionally, the position is responsible for handling the contract procedures for new corporate members joining the union. This includes ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
● Collaborate with accounting firms to manage budgeting processes and oversee government grant administration.
● Handle the management of planning contracts and outsourcing agreements with member companies, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all contractual matters
● Manage the operations of the technical union, including schedule management, progress tracking, and providing support and supervision for research and development activities.
● Collaborates with the U.S. management team to manage business leaders, financial, legal teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

● Leads complex business transactions across multiple suppliers, partners, and business units supporting Intel's pathfinding, development, and manufacturing supply chain from the strategy, sourcing, deal conception, negotiation, to execution/contract closure stages while identifying efficiencies and improvements to the program execution lifecycle.
● Collaborates with Intel engineering/technical and business specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, financial, and industry inputs to build business strategies.
● Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals. Exhibits deep knowledge of government contract regulations and requirements, information security, audit and compliance, and other procedures.
● Represents Intel and the program office with government, partners, agencies, and officials.
● Establishes and maintains relationships with external partners, regulators, auditors, customers, and opinion formers.
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor of Arts, MBA or Master of Arts considered a plus
● Native Japanese and business English skills
● 5 -10 years working with government and/or semiconductor industry
● General PC Skills (Excel, PPT, Word..)
