Sales and Marketing (SMG) organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with Intel based technology solutions. SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business.

Intel is looking for a business support member to work with other administrative members to provide day-to-day support for sales and marketing activities in the Japanese market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of internal/external meetings (schedule management and beverage arrangements)
• Congratulatory and condolence related work
• Dinner arrangements
• Company cars management assistance (only if capable)
• Visitor support (VISA application etc.)

Please note: Assignments may subject to be changed or adjusted according to business needs or employee's capability upon discussion

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work independently within your area of responsibility
• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate (both Japanese and English) in written and verbally
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Web search

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
