Silicon Validation Team Leader
Job Description
As a Silicon Validation team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the functional and performance aspects of next gen state-of-the-art Intel/Habana AI accelerators.
Responsibilities:
- lead a team of highly skilled engineers, focusing on SW development for Post Si validation and HW testing.
- Set the strategy for qualifying Intel next generation AI products.
- Develop and execute test plans for pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, designing and crafting targeted tests for validation purposes
- Participate in silicon bring-up and validation of new silicon
- Debug complex issues in Pre-Si and Post-Si environments and find innovative solutions
- Responsible of module driver, include developing/porting and debugging
- work with cross functional teams (SW, Arch, Design and ATE) to drive product to mass production
- Develop complex debug and characterization tools to automate and optimize characterization, data collection and results analysis processes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in VLSI or silicon embedded SW engineer
Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
Good understanding of NIC and networking protocols (RDMA, RoCE) – Advantage
Knowledge in C and C++
Good understanding of SoC architecture and HW-SW integrations
Good debug and problem-solving skills - mandatory
Experience programming in RT / Embedded
Experience in validation and test plan development
Experience in using lab equipment and establishing complex lab setups (switches, traffic generators) – Advantage
Experience in scripting languages like python/perl
Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and ability to drive tasks and debugs
