Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Chip Verification Manager to join our team and manage the verification execution of our complex System-on-Package (SoP) used for AI.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful verification projects.


Qualifications


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of verification engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination within the verification group.
  • Verification Execution: Oversee the execution of verification plans at the SoC and SoP levels, working closely with the verification architect.
  • Toolchain Management: Ensure the efficient use of verification tools (Direct, UVM, Emulation).
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure adequate coverage for different verification aspects.
  • Track and manage IP-related bugs, working with design and verification teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Emulation Coordination: Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of emulation-based verification.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in VLSI chip verification, with a focus on SoC and SoP level verification.
  • Proven track record of leading verification teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in verification methodologies, including UVM, Direct, and Emulation.
  • Experience with industry-standard verification tools (e.g., VCS, Jasper).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree – an advantage
  • Experience with AI-specific verification challenges and techniques – an advantage
  • Knowledge of system-level verification and performance analysis  – an advantage
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and data analysis  – an advantage

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
