We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Partner Rebate Operations in Customer Incentive Governance Team, supporting Intel Partner Alliance.
The Intel Partner Alliance encompasses thousands of Intel customers and business models from Distributors to System Integrators, OEMs, ODM's and more.
This role will support Intel's investment to drive business unit priorities, technology transitions and revenue growth.
Results are achieved through data mining, data transformation and other techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
Time will be spent ensuring exquisite data quality throughout the data lifecycle in order to calculate key results of our largest Intel partners.
The team relies heavily on data and analytics and this role will be critical in supporting sales processes, Key Performance Indicator tracking and rebate programs.
This is a role that will best suit a candidate comfortable in handling large datasets, with an analytical background who is keen to learn about the Intel Partner Alliance.
You will create Power BI dashboards to visualize trends and insights and will collaborate with management to turn data into valuable insights to shape business unit decisions
A successful candidate must demonstrate:
Proficient in Power BI and advanced in Excel
Strong English and Mandarin communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to self-organize, pay attention to details, efficiently plan, and prioritize work
To think analytically, visualize, manage and interpret data
Self-awareness and growth mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and cross organization collaboration experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Operations, or equivalent.
2-3+ years of experience with: Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Power Pivot, DAX, VBA, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in Microsoft Azure/Cloud based computing, Snowflake, and Data Bricks
2-3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional collaboration with different time zones
Experience in customer communication and interaction
Salesforce.com experience
Highly proficient in SQL and data mining
Proficient in python
