EMEA Markets Analyst
Job Description
As a Markets Finance Lead, you will be expected to work with virtual teams, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment and support the development of team members.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnership with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization
Utilize breadth of market knowledge and business acumen and integrate critical information from several diverse areas
Ensure appropriate financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation
Business partnering and influencing business decisions both at a regional and global level
Develop advanced financial models that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization
Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems
Provides varying levels of advice and financial information (including return on investment) to business groups both at a regional and global level to drive the business decision making process
Plans and schedules own work and project teams both at a regional and global level to ensure the timely completion of interrelated tasks and projects with very limited direction
Develops and maintains analytical models using SQL, Python, Power BI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting or related field
Experience in most aspects of financial operations both at a regional and global level is required, along with proven business analysis, financial modelling, influence and business partnering capabilities
Strategic thinking and experience in strategic management process
Project management, problem solving skills and organizational development skills
Communication, presentation, collaboration skills both at a regional and global level
Translating data into insights; SQL, Python, Power BI preferred

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
