Job Description


Intel Korea is seeking an experienced, organized, collaborative, and action-oriented individual to provide high quality professional support and be part of the Korea Sales and Marketing team. As a Senior Administrative Partner, you will be supporting Korea Country Manager.

Qualifications


You are responsible:

  • Organize and manage complex calendar with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Make extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports
  • Maintain executive's agenda, and assist with virtual/in person meetings, customer meetings, etc.
  • Plan and organize the team events, prepare agenda, as well as coordinate necessary logistics
  • Take charge of coordinating overseas executives' trips including itinerary/agenda development
  • Allocate annual TnE expenses into each business team and track quarterly records
  • Collate and analyze sales data as well as keep track of business status
  • Exercise diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of employees at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration team, and external partners
  • Interpret and evaluate the level of significance of information requests, take appropriate responsive action, and determine when the executive or other staff should be notified or involved
  • Perform office tasks including maintaining records, affixing corporate seal, and handling general administration duties



Key Skills Required:

  • A strong ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptability to changing schedules and priorities
  • Written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • High degree of judgment and discretion in handling confidential information and situations
  • Function in an interrupt-driven environment, handle multiple issues and/or responsibilities and meet deadlines without reminders
  • Solid leadership, strong attention to detail, professional/pleasant demeanor, and teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Experience with all Microsoft tools, inclusive of developing and maintaining documents


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales administration/analysis
  • Experience querying data, data interpretation and report generation
  • General understanding of IT industry
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
