Intel is transforming to a data centric company. Leading this transformation are Cloud Service Providers CSP like Amazon AWS. We are looking for a sales development manager in GLOBAL to drive our sales development programs and go to market collaboration with Amazon AWS their customers and our joint partners. The focus may range on vertical selling to AWS marketplace enablement. It will include building a joint GTM strategy with Amazon AWS Partners and Intel leadership. The Sales development manager plays a key role along with the headquarters team to drive our GoToMarket efforts within GLOBAL. This will include deep engagement with Amazon AWS driving and accountable for cloud consumption revenue globally. You will have many tools at your disposal to build relationships and Sales engagement with Amazon AWS sellers and partner teams. You will also partner closely with your peer alliance leads in other region to drive global collaboration to support worldwide impact. Key stakeholders for success will include the Regional Sales Development Managers Cloud Solution Architects Partner and Scale Business consumption.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a HQ regional aligned vertical solutioning and AWS MarketplaceISVStartup partnership strategy for our strategic alliance with Amazon AWS with a goal to drive Amazon AWS consumption revenue for Intel based instances and services in deployments globally and across GLOBAL
  • Expanding Intel’s routes to market with Amazon AWS including identifying new cosell opportunities for differentiated technologies by building relationships with sales business development and key partner leads
  • You will also team with the Intel SMG teams to collaboratively accelerate the joint Customers journey to the Cloud and building strategy for Intel sellers
  • Collaborating with Amazon AWS Cloud Solution Architects CSA and the sell to team to help develop and deploy solutions that drive Intel affinity
  • Coordination of the Intel Amazon AWS ISV and SI Ecosystem alongside our scale partner coverage and industry experts
  • Influencing the Intel hardware and software roadmap to meet customer partner needs by presenting field insights to technical and product experts
  • Scaling global sales programs for key solutions and industries
  • Executive alignment and management internally and with Amazon AWS

In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate

  • Clear and confident communicator to a range of audiences from Sales and Product VPs Directors to their teams
  • Knowledge of leading and building sales motions for edge to cloud migrations to Amazon AWS and hybrid cloud deployments with end customers
  • Understanding of the global and regional Independent Software Vendors ISVs Managed Service Providers MSPs Cloud Management Platforms CMPs and born on the Cloud integrators
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon AWS services software and instances is strongly preferred
  • Basic technical understanding of our DCAI roadmap key Cloud workloads reference architectures and our Cloud customer value proposition are key
  • Excellent Cloud computing acumen and industry knowledge of Analytics Enterprise Workloads e.g. VMWare Oracle SAP Hybrid Multi Cloud Data and AI HPC in the Cloud and other solutions
  • Industry and Vertical Knowledge of Healthcare Lifesciences Industrial Manufacturing and Media Entertainment solutions for specific value delivery
  • Ability to be self-propelled and to work as part of a global account team

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing Communication Engineering Computer Science or relevant subject area
  • 4+ years of prior experience in managing alliances and partnerships across either sales or marketing
  • 2+ years of prior experience in cloud technical sales or business development

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prior Sales experience in managing multinational alliances and partnerships
  • Certified as AWS CCP or similar at other leading CSP GCP Azure
  • Experience in technical sales andor delivering and educating stakeholders on Intel HWSW roadmap and technical solutions
  • Understanding of the Global and Regional Systems Integrators GSIsRSIs Independent Software Vendors ISVs Managed Service Providers MSPs Cloud Management Platforms CMPs and born on the Cloud integrators
  • Vertical Knowledge of Retail Financial Services Healthcare Lifesciences Industrial Manufacturing

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $192,390.00-$307,810.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
