M&A Integration Program Manager

We're searching for a Senior M&A Integration PM who will work with Integration Leads from the Corp Development Integration team to support M&A activities - acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects. The successful candidate will work closely with partner organizations across Intel (HR, Finance, Tax, Trade, IPAS, CQN, IT, Infosec, Corporate Services, GSC, SMG, and the BUs). These partner organizations all have a crucial role as an acquired company is integrated into Intel BUs per the plan that is laid out by the Corp Dev Integration Lead. This role will include partnering with the Integration leads to successfully drive deals to closure. Program management know-how is expected from a successful candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partners with Integration lead to manage the project plan, driving closure on issues and gaps as well as maintaining focus on continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization, outward to other internal groups
- Analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex paradigms
- Skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations
- Experience with modern Project Management tools and methodologies
- Set up and manage tools used to manage integrations (Teams, VDR, Smartsheets)
- Facilitate Execution meetings, take notes, capture action items
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Customer obsession: Recognizes and serves multiple customers
- Excellent communications skills to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision-makers as well as setting and managing expectations
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently with a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- Strategic view, performs cost-benefit analyses, accurately assesses risk, forecasts both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluates the implications in a complex business environment
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in M&A
- 2+ years of tooling and analytics experience
- 4+ years of experience managing complex large and multidisciplinary programs
- 4+ years of experience in program management methodologies for schedules, cost, quality, and risks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Corp Dev, and/or IMO
- Smartsheet experience
- PMP or other Project Management certifications

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
