Global Account Manager - HPI

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Intel relationship with HPI.
They will need to enhance our relationship, while maximizing revenue, design-wins and tangible results across all of Intel BUs. The account team drives Intel's engagement strategy priorities across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering. Driving alignment from the CEO to BU leaders to technical leaders to hundreds of engineering teams who provide support to the customer. The business scope scales across client + data center, with the need to hunt/establish new design win opportunities, while harvesting/maximizing existing pipeline. The leader will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
The individual will have a sales objective and will work with customers on joint objectives to create and imagine products/possibilities for the 2 companies. High level of negotiating skills across many levels of customer and Intel management. The candidate will also have a seat at the SMG Global Accounts staff table. As such, the candidate is expected to contribute to the broader group, as a sales and marketing leader - bringing acumen, curiosity and value to the strategy setting of the broader Global Accounts, ultimately, tying into the bigger Intel strategy. The candidate MUST be a bridge-builder and enabler of the broader Intel with the HPI account team.

Customer and sales acumen a must - with a history in biz dev/sales engagement and an ability to build relationships.
Proven network and executive Influence inside/outside the company.
Strong product/business acumen, with ops/tech/product understanding - prior client product experience preferred.
Solid communicator, with a sense of calm-under fire. Comfortable working at executive levels, line of business, and project level managers within accounts and Intel.
Extreme Versatility -- an ability to go deep with an architect, get into supply-chain issues w/ procurement teams where warranted, work thru contractual obligations with attorneys.
BSEE or technical equivalent.
10+ years minimum industry experience.
