Creative and Experience Manager, Developer

The Corporate Brand Marketing, Creative and Media group at Intel oversees the development of compelling marketing campaigns and content across the globe. We are a smart, creative, collaborative team, that has fun and enjoy working together in a truly human way.
We are seeking a senior Creative and Experience Manager with deep experience working with Developer Audiences to guide holistic strategy, creative development, and platform engagement for our Developer audiences across platforms. You will sit on a dynamic Creative, Agency Management, and Production team that drives marketing tentpole campaign activations, content and advertising. Overarching responsibilities include driving a best-in-class COE for Developer activations, acting as central resource and POC for Developer related experiences through including agency management, campaign management, and facilitiation of senior stakeholder integration across the Business Units, Creative teams and Media Group's channel functions including paid media, social, global execution, and the.com team.
A deep understanding of the complex process to create and execute full-funnel campaigns is critical for this role including brief development, concept development, production, digital and social process, demand generation and partner marketing engagements.

Responsibilities include:
- Guide holistic strategy, creative development, and platform engagement for our Developer audiences across platforms
- A global strategic mindset and capable of partnering with stakeholders across the organization to bring excellence to developer communities
- Develop a deep understanding of Intel technologies and communication vehicles to help shape marketing activation plans
- Drive integration between Channel Leads to ensure a full-funnel, connected experience
- Ensure internal and external agency and creative partners deliver world-class strategy, creative and solutions that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders - Social, Community, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing and Field Marketing
- Guide strategy team to develop strategic briefs and ensure that strong direction and actionable feedback is maintained throughout the creative process, to deliver breakthrough creative that is relevant for Developer audience, ensuring creative is delivered on time, and within budget
- Partner with various marketing teams to align on objectives, programs, KPIs, and the agency team to craft creative briefs and deliver breakthrough creative ideas/activations
- Drive internal integration best practices; identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency
- Present strategy and creative in internal stakeholder reviews
- Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders. Identify opportunities to consolidate and align feedback at various touchpoints throughout the process.
- A strong grasp of social community-based platform features, new launches, and proven ability to apply these to improve marketing initiatives
- Manage all production aspects for social, digital, and video components.
- Can identify new opportunities from market trends and analytics that will have a measurable and transformative impact on the business and build out a POV for the brand
- Leverage research, social listening, and data analysis to distill meaningful and actionable insights
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of creative process, including video production, social/digital, and demand generation.
- Experience in a global model planning or executing campaigns across multiple marketing groups and countries.
- Experience managing and driving external agency relationships.
- Experience in leading and working with cross functional teams, ability to listen and persuade.
- Experience working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads.
- Leadership/executive presentation skills, especially when presenting creative ideas/concepts.
- Strong organizational skills. Understands the strategic value that operations, process and tools can bring, and actively works to optimize.
- Ability to identify resource and process efficiencies across strategic and creative workstreams.
- Able to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in an environment that changes quickly with a high level of collaboration.
- Strong financial acumen.
- High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with a strong sense of accountability.
- Technology category experience is not required but is desirable.
- Contributor to team culture and leads with inclusivity and humility.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications, or Account Management experience at an Advertising agency.
- 2+ years of experience building and implementing marketing plans for a technology audience, including developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with paid media, plus social media strategy and processes.
- 2+ years of experience working with influencers - paid and organic.
- 2+ Experience working on and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
