Intern Program Manager

As an Intern Program Manager, you will:
Define and manage the PSG Internship program from end to end, including working with worldwide hiring committees and functional managers to onboard interns aligned to current business needs
Work closely with finance, academic, and emerging professional rotation programs to drive alignment on hiring interns within a managed budget and assist with conversions to full time employment for successful candidates
Focus on geodiversity and create a sense of belonging to our global intern community by coordinating mentorships, workshops, and career growth events
Own the vision for the PSG internship program, driving feedback and improvements to deliver exceptional user and intern experiences
Develop, refine, and implement strategies and work closely with universities around the world to build a continuous pipeline of diverse talent with strong Intel FPGA knowledge
The ideal candidate will also:
Create and implement innovative strategies for a scalable intern program.
Advocate for intern related programs and work closely with the emerging professional and academic programs to promote Intel's culture and opportunities for college graduates.
Work across organizational boundaries in a highly collaborative environment and represent the intern program internally with stakeholders and externally with universities, professors, and partners.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with universities around the world to develop pathways that lead to successful internships at Intel.
Represent Intel PSG at universities and academia conferences and events.
Evangelize the value proposition that Intel brings to the intern community.
Hire interns aligned to business needs by partnering with regional committees.
Build transparency and alignment with leadership team on budget spend, recruiting, roadshows, and locations of hired interns.
Drive social media engagement via interns.
Relevant experience can be obtained through work, classes, projects, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor on identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
