The USA Full Chip Team is growing, and as a Full Chip CoDesign Power Integrity Lead, you will be responsible for leading bump and ball planning, die package co-design analysis and implementation, full chip power intent methodology, IR drop analysis and verification.

Responsibilities will also include die-package-board pintable and power connectivity definition, implementation and verification, power electrical rules checking and IR drop analysis for power grid integrity.


Relevant experience can be obtained through work, classes, projects, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

What You’ll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

7+ years of relevant experience, experience should include:

  • Circuit or Physical Design

  • Block/top level bumps planning

  • Scripting (e.g. Python, TCL, etc.)

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd (Experience in one, or more, of the following preferred qualifications is considered a plus factor):

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Unified Power Format (UPF).

  • Spice Simulations

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado and New York:$139,480.00-$209,760.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
