America Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Business Management Group (BMG): The Business Management Group within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group, is charged with running and growing the business for Intel and its customers through meaningful data analysis and market insights. There's no better place to see how Intel works than BMG, we are the ENGINE ROOM of the company. We are specifically hiring for the America's Marketing Region (AMR), within the BMG organization.
The Sales Operations Analyst roles within the AMR New Business Solutions team allow for growth and development of employees across various operational roles. An SOA works closely with internal and external customers; and often is the creator of new customers in Intel's tools and systems. The SOA also often works with the business units on new product setup and manages the customer's supply chain requirements into the BU. A SOA develops, implements, and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions, including compliance measurement.
This dynamic growth opportunity allows for experience in managing the sales process from order placement to shipments with the SOA acting as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Intel Business Units, and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply. Operations Analysts often gather and analyze information to determine product allocation, manage the business to maximize revenue through supply commitments, document business processes, and occasionally do customer presentations.

Qualifications
You must possess the belowminimum qualificationsto be initially considered for this position:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness Management, Economics, Computer Science or similar
1+ years of experience:
Engaging with and supporting customers.
Working with data analysis in Excel: pivot, v-look ups and advanced formulas, macros are not necessary.
Advanced English level
The followingpreferred qualificationsare in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:
SAP
Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy or operations

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
