We are currently seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Senior AI/ML Program Manager to spearhead our journey into the next phase of AI-driven growth and transformation.

Job Summary:
As the Senior AI/ML Program Manager, you will partner with a cross-functional team in developing and executing a comprehensive AI/ML strategy for our organization, paving the way for a new era of technologically sophisticated and smart factories. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in maintaining our organization at the cutting edge of AI and machine learning innovation, fueling growth, and amplifying our competitive edge in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML program strategy, aligning initiatives with the organization's overall business objectives and priorities.
Manage a portfolio of AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with program goals and OKRs.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between customers, IT, data science, and other teams to drive AI innovation and maximize the value of AI/ML investments.
Identify and engage with strategic partners, vendors, and other external organizations to collaborate on AI/ML projects, share knowledge, and access external expertise and resources.
Drive cultural change within the organization to ensure AI/ML technologies are embraced and effectively integrated into business processes.
Communicate program progress and achievements to senior leadership and other stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Develop strategies for AI/ML talent recruitment, retention, and development, working with our talent management teams.
Stay informed on AI/ML trends and advancements, incorporating new insights into our program strategy and initiatives and collaborate with Intel's external university resources to drive the future of AI/ML.


Qualifications


The Senior AI/ML Program Manager within MSO Automation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and drives the growth of smart factories. This role requires an individual with a strong academic background and extensive experience in managing complex technology projects related to AI and machine learning. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects, drive organizational change, and maintain a competitive edge in the semiconductor industry. It requires a leader who can inspire and unify diverse individuals at all levels and across disciplines, bringing them into the vision and instilling a shared commitment to embracing AI and machine learning strategies.

Minimum Requirements
A distinguished academic background holding a M.S. or PhD in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in managing complex technology projects or programs, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven initiatives. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful outcomes in a large organization or enterprise environment is essential.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data science, and related technologies, as well as their practical applications in solving semiconductor factory and non-factory problems.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
